More About Me

Your Neighbor, Your Friend; Turning Coastal Dreams into Reality.

When you are looking for your next or first home, it is important that you have an experienced and reliable professional helping you; saving you time and money, keeping you focused on what is important to you, and most importantly, adopting your vision and dream and working hard to make it come true.
When you are selling your home it is important that you have a professional who will listen to you and work hard for you to maximize your investment by customizing a marketing plan targeted to identified potential buyers.  All while helping you navigate through the challenges and potential liabilites inherent in selling a home.

I am that professional with a proven track record.

Experienced Project Leader

I lead a three person management team which, with the assistance of a 15 person sales force, managed to take a languishing condominium project that had been on the market, inactive, for over a year, and within just two months had 5 units under contract and at the end of the first year, another 6 units had closed. If you have a difficult property and are looking for a cutting edge marketing attention getter, I am that person, with a proven track record of success in selling the "lifestyle".

Involved in the Local Community

In addition to ongoing support for the Windermere Foundation, I have been active in the local chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since 1999, participating in various charity fund raisers. I have volunteer 8 hours a month assisting with the facilitation of a financial planning/education series at my church.  For over 5 years I have been a volunteer tour guide, giving visitors to the Oregon State Capital guided tours including the pinnacle of visiting the golden pioneer!  Most recently I have been a volunteer delivery driver for Lincoln County Meals on Wheels.

Personal

I grew up on a dairy in Central California where I learned the farmers work ethic. After serving 18 years, I retired from the US Coast Guard in 1996. There I learned to put others first and how to finish a job, no matter how long or how far away from home that job may have been. I have retained their motto, Semper Paratus, which means Always Ready. In 2003 I completed my BS degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix. An educational journey that I began in North Bend Oregon in 1986 was finally complete. My wife and I raised 5 children in the Willamette Valley and now make our home on the central coast.
